Shipping information (Continental U.S.):
Orders are sent by the U.S. Postal Service. In most instances, orders are shipped using Parcel Post ground service.
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Promotional orders of "Free shipping on orders of $36 or more" will be shipped using Parcel Post ground service to the Continental U.S.

Shipping charges via USPS Parcel Post are as follows:
1 - 3 bars, $6.00
4 - 5 bars, $8.00
6 bars or more, free shipping

To ship via U.S. Priority Mail, an additional charge of $4.00 will be applied to order.

Shipping information (AK, HI, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands):
To ship via Flat Rate U.S. Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, $5.00 will be charged to order. Applies to orders of 6 bars minimum to 40 bars maximum.

Shipping information (International):
To ship via Flat Rate U.S. Priority Mail anywhere Internationally, $38.95 will be charged to order. Applies to orders of 6 bars minimum to 40 bars maximum.

Return policy:
You may return your Blue Heron Soap products within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase price will be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. All returned soaps must be in the original unopened package.
